Purchase Orders

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes!  Please email approved purchase orders to angela@mathtomastery.com with the following information:

• Purchase order number
• Products requested
• Email address of person in charge of accounts payable
• Email address of teacher who will be receiving the resource
• Number of teachers who will need a license (if more than one)

I will email an invoice and a link to download the resources.

Downloading Files and Printing

What format are the files in?

Files are in PDF format. They may be bundled in a zip file.  Please make sure you are using a PC, Mac, or other device that supports zip files.  If you have trouble opening a zipped file, you can find instructions here: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Help/File-Types-26/What-is-a-ZIP-file

 

How do I download the PDF?

You will get a direct download link after checkout.  You will also receive an emailed link to the product.

 

I’m having issues printing the materials.  Any insight? 

Be sure you are using the most up-to-date version of Adobe Reader.  Do not use “Preview” on a MAC to view or print the files.  You can also try the steps listed here: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Help/General-Technical-FAQ/What-if-my-file-isn-t-printing-correctly? 

Are the files editable?

No.

Will I have access to the materials if they have been updated?  

If I update a resource, you can simply re-download the resource from your account to access the new item.  You will receive an email if a product you purchased is updated.

Terms of Use

Can I share the resources with my department or colleagues?

By purchasing, you receive a limited individual license for personal and single classroom use.  If someone else wishes to use part of a resource, please direct them to this site.

You May:  Print and use this product in your classroom;  Allow paraeducators to use these materials with your students;  Share my store link with others if they wish to acquire this product.  

You May Not:  Share or sell any part of this packet;  Edit or use any part of this packet to create products for sharing or selling;  Post any portion of these materials on the internet or shared drives.

Can I post these materials online?

No part of any resource may be uploaded to the internet in any form, including classroom websites or shared drives.  I do make an exception in the case of school closures that necessitate distance learning. In that case, you may make the resource available to your students only.  Be sure that the method of delivery is password protected.  

Policies

Are there refunds? 

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of these resources, there are no refunds.  Please look at the previews and read the descriptions carefully before you buy.  If you have questions before purchasing, don’t hesitate to reach out to me at angela@mathtomastery.com

Resources

Will you be adding new materials in the near future?

I appreciate requests for materials on specific topics.  It helps me prioritize and work to meet the needs of teachers.  I do plan to add to this collection of resources, but there is no estimated timeline.  I can’t promise what or when new products will be uploaded.  

What if I found a mistake?

I do my best to provide error-free materials, but if you find a typo please email and tell me so I can quickly correct it.  

Where is the answer key?

The 2nd-5th grade workbooks have answer keys. So all of the multi-digit addition/subtraction, multiplication, division, money, telling time, & fraction workbooks have answer keys.

The 1st grade workbooks don't have answer keys. So addition and subtraction within 20, and shapes do not have answer keys. Also, the place value/number sense pages don't have answer keys.
